If you have received the wrong candle, order, or you have
some other issues, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We
will either replace your product or give a refund. The original unburned candle
must be returned in order to get a refund or a replacement. Full payment
(excluding shipping fees) will be refunded.
ALL CANDLES MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL
CONTAINER/WRAPPERS AND UNUSED FOR REFUND.
